Instead of just memorizing formulas \, students will learn the Heuristic and Model approaches. These mental shortcuts allow them to solve complex word problems efficiently \, developing a high level of critical analysis that is useful in many aspects of life. \nAbout the Instructor: Alpa Patel Alpa is the Founder of Life of Math and a Math Specialist at Developing Minds. Holding an M.S. in Civil Engineering and an ACT Educator Certification \, her ultimate goal is to spread the love for math. She makes learning joyful through innovative\, hands-on instruction\, pairing abacus-based whole-brain training with rigorous problem-solving to help students build confidence and truly thrive. \n \n\n\n\n\n\n
