LOM's Gradewise Math Program helps develop Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills. This program is designed at a higher end to give the best benefits to LOM kids. Mental Math strategies are used in many different ways to help child understand how he/she can break down big numbers in small parts and apply those strategies easily. The purpose of this to have fun in math. Math is for everyone and it is extremely important to introduce math right way at the early age. The main goal of Gradewise Math program is to show that Math is not one way and many ways of doing math expands brain, develops creativity, and adds fun. Bar Modeling is used to solve complex word problems. Bar Modeling makes word problem more visual, and it is easy to get the number sentence out of it. Video lessons are designed very through and have used manipulatives where is needed to give concrete understanding of the concept. As the level goes up, the complexity goes up so it is important to make each level foundation strong before moving to the higher level. Video course gives you that flexibility to play, pause, rewind as many times as you need to master the concept. Each topic is thoughtfully designed and takes child from easy to medium to challenging level gradually.

We believe math is for everyone and not just one way. Many approaches to math expand the brain, develop creativity, and add fun.

As the level increases, the complexity also grows, so it’s important to build a strong foundation at each stage before moving higher. Each topic is thoughtfully designed to take a child from easy to medium to more challenging levels gradually.

Video Course Information

General: This course is designed for KG through 5th grade. Please take the placement test before selecting the appropriate course level.

Program Structure of Video Course

Cost per Level: $209.99 per level

On average, it costs around $490 to $675 for our physical classroom or online interactive sessions with live teacher options for one level. In the video course option, children can watch video explanations as many times as needed for better understanding and to complete the level. Discipline is key for a child to be successful in a short time when using video courses.

What LOM Provides: Every level includes video lessons and PDF assignments that you can print. It is recommended to print these assignments so your child can work on them with a pencil. Alternatively, they can be viewed on screen and completed in a notebook. LOM also provides answer keys, often with detailed solutions to help children understand problem-solving methods and correct mistakes. (Answer keys are not printable.)

Video Lesson Access Time: Access is provided for 18 weeks, 6 months, or up to one year depending on the level. If additional time is needed, a fee of $59.99 per month will apply.

What if my child finishes early? If your child completes a level before the time limit and requests access to the next level, the current level access will be removed, and the next level will be activated upon payment.

Refund / Rollover Policy: No refunds or fee rollovers are provided if a child completes the level early. The purpose of video courses is to offer flexibility so children can learn at their own pace.

Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. All purchases are final. Whether or not you use the video lessons or PDF assignments, no refunds will be issued. Please review the sample videos before making a purchase.

Parental Involvement: Parents should create a schedule for regular study. Some children may need supervision, while others work independently. A small amount of parental involvement can make a significant difference. Parents are not expected to teach but to support their child, help play video lessons, and ensure assignments are completed.
